These are items that are obtainable by playing the game, receiving event rewards or purchasing them from the store.

1. Currency

Luna is the gold currency in the game, and it is the currency in which you can buy valuable and expensive products such as skins, name frames and gems (after purchasing the first jewel) or even buy rubles.

Luna can be obtained from the following sources:

MVP in rank game

1.2 Ruble

Ruble can be obtained from the following sources :

2. Collectibles

Collectible items increase your collection points (CP). Skins give half of their price as CP, while the other items are unknown. Increasing your CP increases your default wallets level and there's an Icon for getting 125,000 CP.

2.1 Nameplate

The nameplate is the rectangle that represents the background of your name in the game. Some nameplates look nice while others also have certain affects. More information and a list of all nameplates can be found here: (Nameplate)

2.2 Skins

Skins modify the appearance of the character as well as the roles icon and ability Icon. Majority of skins can be obtained from the store for 200-2000 lunas, while other skins can only be obtained from events or end of rank season. Store skins give half their price as CP, with the exception of wedding lovers which gives 1000, and event skins give 500 CP. Skins obtained from end of rank season do not provide any CP.

All the skins can be found for each occupation at the bottom of their page. Skins not in the store are from events or rank. Events with similar theme can get you skins from past events (Ex: Halloween event in fall and the recent Hotel event can both give Halloween themed skins), but keep in mind that newer skins have a higher chance than old ones when opening boxes.

2.3 Emoticons

Emotes are stickers that can be sent in game chat, guild chat and dm's on mafia42. Each user has 8 basic stickers and 8 aditional packs can be bought from the store for 200 luna's each. These packs have 16 stickers and will be added at the bottom of your page to select different packs once purchased. Emotes are supposed to give half of their price as collection points, but do not give any yet on the global server.

2.4 Gems and Refinement

Gems increase the odds of being assigned the role corresponding to the gem. As the gem increases level, more bonuses with increased effect become available. Gems grant CP the following way:

2.5 Frames

Borders frame your icon on your profile.

These are not buyable in shop.

However you can get ranked frames from having specific rank points.

Other way to obtain borders is from event and the mysterious chorus!

2.6 Wallets

Wallets come from your collection points, the higher the CP you have

the better wallet you will get.

Wallets are also obtainable from events.

2.7 Cupid's arrow

Cupids arrow's are purchased from the shop, here you decide if you want to silver or golden arrow your future lover.

Item that allows you to change the color of your nickname or even the color of the heart

7. Room skins
