Description
The new Lovers Survival Mode has been added to the game. The lovebirds of 42 City are in danger in the Mafia's den! Can they defeat the Mafia and survive till the end?
The Lovers Survival Mode reverses the Mafia Team and Civilian Team dynamics with a new twist. The game will always have 8 players, and the teams are as follows:
Citizen Team
Lovers (2)
The Lovers are fittingly the heroes of the Lovers Survival Mode. During voting, only the Lovers can cast a vote. They can win by eliminating all members of the Mafia with their votes.
The Lovers will still use the [Sacrifice] skill for one another, but the Mafia Team will not know the remaining Lover's identity. However, the Helper will know who the surviving Lover is.
Helper (1)
The Lovers are not alone, as the Helper is there to guide them to victory. Because the Helper has no vote and will lose if Mafia kills both the Lovers, sacrifices will be necessary at times for victory. The Gangster cannot [Threaten] players from voting the next day due to the game mode's nature but can, however, threaten Mafia members and prevent them from using the [Murder] skill.
Mafia Team
Mafioso (4)
Although powerful and ruthless, the Mafioso are in a state of chaos without teamwork and coordination. While Mafioso still can use the [Murder] skill, they do not know who is part of their team. They also cannot see which player the other Mafioso have selected to [Murder]. The player picked last by the Mafioso before the clock runs out will be executed.
Spy (1)
Spies can investigate and find out who is Mafia or Lover. Not only will the Spy's identity be revealed to the Mafia Team if the Spy successfully finds two Mafioso, but the Spy will also be able to use the [Murder] skill. The Spy's role is similar to the Cop in the Classic Mafia game.
