Paparazzi is a special member of the Citizen team, with the role of gathering information that other citizen member acquired.
The skill [Issue] allows Paparazzi to know the result of investigation that one of Citizen team members had.
However, Paparazzi will know the result only if the someone knew the identity of other player.
